1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Converters.run service, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service. These terms apply to entire website and any API usage.

We may choose to correct or amend these Terms of Use at any time. If changes occur, we will clearly indicate them at top of this page with date of modification.

2. Allowed Usage

This service offers functionality to convert and modify files of different file formats. This service is provided through web interface and API. You agree to comply with policies and limitations concerning use of Converters.run service, including, without limitation, maximum file size and number of files a user may upload through service.

You agree not to bypass these policies by any means (e.g., creating multiple accounts).

Prohibited Activities

• Do not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Do not upload files that contain viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile our service
• Do not build a raw file conversion service on top of Converters.run
• Do not use automated tools to abuse the service

API Usage

You agree to only use Converters.run API as an integral component of your software which adds significant value and substantial functionality. For greater certainty, you agree not to offer a raw file conversion service as a stand-alone product using Converters.run API.

3. Service Availability (SLA)

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make each service available with a monthly uptime percentage of at least 99.9%. The monthly uptime percentage is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of minutes during the month in which the service is not available.

In the event Converters.run does not meet this availability, you may be eligible to receive compensation as described below.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
